VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY: Sew Crazy
Description:
The program department received a LARGE donation of wool scraps several years ago and it's time to do something with it! We will hopefully have the trolley operating during Sap to Syrup to take visitors from the Wilson Nature Center to the sugar bush. We don't want them to get chilly so we are making lap blankets using the wool scraps. We will be cutting the squares and sewing them into blankets. If you have a sewing machine....bring it! If you don't know how to sew...that's ok!
