Enjoy an afternoon tea in the Homestead House learning about life in the 1930s. Each month will focus on a different tea and a new year. Read diary entries, search through old photographs and letters to get a glimpse of our past. June will focus on 1935. Registration is required.

CAMP OUT at the WNC

Give your campers a night out! Camp on the front lawn of the Wilson Nature Center and have some nighttime fun. Campers will cook their own dinner and breakfast, learn how to pitch a tent, and explore the nature in the park after dark.

Nibbles Adventure Club: Fireflies

Nibbles Adventure Club programs are for families with children ages 4-8 years old. Participants will receive the NAC booklet at their first program. After completing four NAC activities, you will receive a pin. NAC programs will be held every other month throughout 2025. This month we will learn more about owls. Nature exploration and outdoor fun for our youngest explorers at Creek Bend Farm!

Campers will take a closer look at the nature around them with fun activities and hikes designed for tiny feet. Campers will decorate their own camp shirt. A snack will be provided each day. Register for morning OR afternoon session. Not both. Children must be potty-trained.

Campers must be 4 years of age by the start of camp. An information and health form is attached to your registration confirmation and must be completed within three business days of registration.
