Spilling the Tea
Spilling the Tea is held on the fourth Wednesday of each month. Enjoy an afternoon tea in the Homestead House learning about life in the 1930s. Each month will focus on a different tea and a new year. Read diary entries, search through old photographs and letters to get a glimpse of our past. February will focus on 1931. Registration is required.

Sensory Play Saturday - Maple Sugaring
Attention parents of toddlers: have you ever wanted to do sensory play activities with your child, but it looked like too much prep time or too big of a mess? You are in luck! We will be hosting sensory play days at Creek Bend Farm the first Saturday of each month. The March program will be Maple Sugaring themed and have opportunities for your child to explore and learn using all five senses. Your child will also be making a craft and a small snack will be provided during a story time. Registration is required, and please register only the child.

Sap to Syrup
Join us at Creek Bend Farm and discover all their is to know about maple syrup! Visitors will experience the syrup making process from start to finish. Travel by trolley to our sugarbush across the creek and learn how we tap the trees and collect sap. Witness how we boil it down to at our 'backyard evaporator'. We will have syrup samples and waffle dunkers available for sampling!

Woodcock Watch
American Woodcocks are a shorebird species with a unique courtship flight. In the early spring the males can be seen flying in a high spiraling pattern before diving back to the ground. We will meet in the Blue Heron Reserve parking lot at dusk for a brief talk before watching the woodcock display. Feel free to bring binoculars and lawn chairs.

Nibbles Adventure Club: Night Owls
Nibbles Adventure Club programs are for families with children ages 4-8 years old. Participants will receive the NAC booklet at their first program. After completing four NAC activities, you will receive a pin. NAC programs will be held every other month throughout 2025. This month we will learn more about owls. Registration is for CHILDREN ONLY and required.
