Experience the maple sugaring process from start to finish in this engaging indoor/outdoor program. Participants will learn how maple trees are tapped, explore the history and traditions of maple sugaring, learn how to build their own evaporator, and venture into the sugar bush to see the process in action.

Spilling the Tea

Spilling the Tea is held on the fourth Wednesday of each month. Enjoy an afternoon tea in the Homestead House learning about life in the 1950s. Each month will focus on a different tea and a new year. Read diary entries, search through old photographs and letters to get a glimpse of our past. March will focus on 1952. Registration is required.
